Support Services : Per-Incident Technical Support

Designed for customers who do not have an active maintenance contract with Weberon, this plan provides a "Pay-as-you-go" option to get technical issues resolved utilizing the services of our support team. For a flat fee per incident, you will be connected with a Weberon support engineer, who will work with you to solve any technical problem you may have.

Per-Incident Technical Support is provided at a flat rate per incident, and can be purchased at the time of your call using your Visa, MasterCard, or American Express credit card. A 20% discount is awarded when you buy a pack of "10 support incidents," and a 30% discount when you buy multiple packs of "10 support incidents".

Note: A Support Incident is defined as one or more phone calls to solve one issue. Support incidents DO NOT EXPIRE and can be used any time.

While Per-Incident Technical Support is available to those not covered under maintenance, Weberon recommends that our clients take up either
Standard Support or Premium Support to enjoy access to the Additional Support Resources.
